Pilates Chandler’s Ford has been providing group mat based Pilates classes since 2012. Whether you are a complete beginner or a more experienced Pilates practitioner, Pilates Chandler’s Ford has a class for you.

Current Group Mat Pilates Timetable

Mondays
10:15 am – 11:15 am (Mixed Ability)
11:30 am – 12:30 pm (Mixed Ability)
6:15 pm – 7:15 pm (Improvers/Intermediate)
7:30 pm – 8:30 pm (Mixed Ability)

Wednesdays
6:15 pm – 7:15 pm (Mixed Ability)

Thursdays
11:45 am – 12:45 pm (Mixed Ability)

Private tuition, corporate tuition and inductions for complete beginners are also offered. Please feel free to get in touch to discuss.

About

I’m Tanya, a fully qualified and insured Level 3 Matwork Pilates Teacher. Coming from a healthcare background, I have had a longstanding interest in health, fitness and wellbeing and began working in the fitness industry back in 2008 originally as an exercise to music instructor.

I discovered Pilates around the same time and completely fell in love with it, not just for the physical benefits, but also for the psychological ones and I still love it today. I decided to turn my passion for Pilates into my profession and the rest is history as they say. Roll on to 2012 and following successful completion of my Pilates training, I established my first Pilates classes in Chandler’s Ford and have continued to teach weekly classes there ever since (some of my clients have been with me from the early days!)
